The gut resident bacteria of
humans are associated with several host processes and directly interact with
metabolism, inflammation, and immune and cellular responses. Host’s health
system elegantly depends on the gut microbiome ecology. This study is designed
to understand the therapeutic roles and medicinal properties of the gut
microbial flora and the large number of metabolites, secondary metabolites and
bio-products produced by the gut microbiota in order to maintain the
homeostasis condition of the gut. Our study will comprehend the influences of
gut microbiota in many areas of human health, considering this as a key aspect
in nutrition.
