Out of seventeen forage cultivars, Pakchong showed highest yield at the fertilizer rates of NPK= 29: 18: 19 kg/ha (Yield 68.5MT/ha at 10.7 dSm-1in Mongla) and at the spacing of 60cm x 30cm (Yield 70.4MT/ha at 10.7 d Sm-1 in Mongla) in the field saline condition (at 90 days after planting). Pakchong (solely) also showed highest production (Yield 72.4MT/ha at 15 d Sm-1 in Dacope and 92.5MT/ha at 1.4 d Sm-1 in Khulna University as Control) using best fertilizer rates and spacing in different locations (at 90 days after planting).

The bottom line may be drawn is that MOS specially 1g and 0.5g instead of dietary antibiotic included in broiler feed can play an important role in broiler feed intake, FCR and other meat quality parameters.
